Don't forget to attach your log files for a faster investigation

CVEDIA-RT produces a log on every run, you can find it in the log/ folder. For us to debug your issue you should run CVEDIA-RT, cause the issue to happen, then close it. The most recent log file within the log folder is the file you have to send us.

You can also generate a hardware report, this will help us identify issues with performance and crashes on startup:

On Windows, you can run: generate_debug_report.bat
On Linux, you can run: ./test.sh
You can also include a screenshot of the issue if it happens in the UI.
